Shawn Espinoza
Master of pottery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Jacksonville, Florida, United States
- Jacksonville Workshop
- Since 2006
- English
I've worked in pottery since 2006. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 520 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Shawn
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Shawn: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
