Helping people break into nursing
- 🇺🇸 Cincinnati, Ohio, United States

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 390 people through Orchid Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Shawn: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
