Sharon F. Guerrero
Engineering mentor, Liverpool
- 🇬🇧 Liverpool, England, United Kingdom
- Liverpool Foundation
- Since 2005
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 860 people through Liverpool Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
More about Sharon
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
