Sharon A. Pruitt
Software mentor, Vancouver
- 🇺🇸 Vancouver, Washington, United States
- 1985 to 2005
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,060 people through Jacaranda Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Sharon
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
