Helping people break into design
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India

For 33 years I've mentored people in design and public speaking. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Sharmin: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
