My subject is organic chemistry, and for 47 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Savar State University.
Former students now work as a mechanic and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Sharmila: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
