Sharmila Sharmin Parvez
Self-taught oil painting artist
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Sakura Gallery
- Since 1981
- English
I work mostly in oil painting, sometimes woodcarving. My first show was in 1981 at Sakura Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
More about Sharmila
I've had 3 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
