Rowing and fitness coach, Aurangabad
- 🇮🇳 Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India
- Aurangabad Football Club
- 2001 to 2018

I coached rowing at Aurangabad Football Club from 2001 to 2018. Most of my players were between 12 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
What gifts mean to Sharmila: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
