Sharmila Lipi Rahman

Painter, potter and teacher at Old Parkside Art Collective

  • 🇮🇳 Mangaluru, Karnataka, India
  • 1997 to 2011
  • English, Bengali
I work mostly in sculpture, sometimes watercolor. My first show was in 1997 at Old Parkside Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. I carry a notebook everywhere. My studio is always a bit of a mess. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
