Sharmila Binita Lama
Master of auto repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇳🇵 Dharan, Koshi, Nepal
- Little Dharan Shop
- Since 1982
- English, Nepali
My trade is auto repair. I opened my own shop in 1982 in Dharan and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.

What gifts mean to Sharmila: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
