Sharmila Binita Khadka

Teacher at Orchid Boys' School, loves geography

For 30 years I have been the geography teacher at Orchid Boys' School. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Over the years I've had 1,140 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Sharmila: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me geography in 2013 at Orchid Boys' School. I still remember the end-of-term party.
