I've volunteered with Maple Ridge Mutual Aid from 2001 to 2015. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I take the work seriously, though not myself. Small habits keep a team together.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Sharmila: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
