Shapla Rina Kabir

Painter, potter and teacher at Central Studio

  • 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
  • Central Studio
  • Since 1985
  • English, Bengali
I work mostly in watercolor, sometimes textiles. My first show was in 1985 at Central Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. I take the work seriously, though not myself. My studio is always a bit of a mess.

More about Shapla

I've had 3 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
