Shankar R. Iyengar

Self-taught street art artist

  • 🇮🇳 Saket, Delhi, India
  • Little Crescent Art Collective
  • Since 1993
  • English, Kannada
I work mostly in street art, sometimes mural painting. My first show was in 1993 at Little Crescent Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. I also teach a weekly class at Little Crescent Art Collective, which keeps me honest.

More about Shankar

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.

Mediums

Street art
What gifts mean to Shankar: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
