I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,830 people through St. Joseph's Youth Network.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Shankar: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
