Shankar A. Thevar
Choir director and singer
- 🇮🇳 New Delhi, Delhi, India
- New Delhi Choir
- 2015 to 2025
- English
I play traditional drumming and bass. I started in 2015 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 18 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Shankar: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
