Shanice T. Cloete
Helping people break into finance
- 🇿🇦 Gqeberha, Eastern Cape, South Africa
- 2011 to 2023
- English, Zulu
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 650 people through Gqeberha Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Shanice
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Shanice: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
