Mentor in finance and engineering
- 🇯🇲 Kingston, Kingston, Jamaica

- 1995 to 2020

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,300 people through Kingston Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Shanice
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
