Shanice N. Venter
Volunteer mentor with Gqeberha Youth Network
- 🇿🇦 Gqeberha, Eastern Cape, South Africa
- Gqeberha Youth Network
- Since 2011
- English, Zulu
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 540 people through Gqeberha Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Shanice
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
