For eight years I ran the swimming program at Parkside Athletic Club in Sydney. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Shan: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.

You coached me in 2001. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Arlington.
