Shan Jia Xiao
Volunteer mentor with Bakersfield Mentoring Circle
- 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
- Bakersfield Mentoring Circle
- 1992 to 2011
- English, Mandarin
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 490 people through Bakersfield Mentoring Circle.
I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
