Shakil Nahid Mia
Teacher at Westbrook Middle School, loves accounting
- 🇧🇩 Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Westbrook Middle School
- Since 2015
- English, Bengali, French
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and eleven years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 440 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Shakil
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

You taught me accounting in 2017 at Westbrook Middle School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.

You taught me accounting in 2017 at Westbrook Middle School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly. Thank you again.
