Shakil Jewel Hossain
Youth gymnastics coach and mentor
- 🇧🇩 Narayanganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Narayanganj Football Club
- 1991 to 2002
- English, Bengali
I coached gymnastics at Narayanganj Football Club from 1991 to 2002. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Shakil
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Shakil: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
