I'm a netball coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 560 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Shaista
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
