Shaista Uzma Butt

Volunteer mentor with Hillcrest Community Trust

  • 🇵🇰 Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
  • Hillcrest Community Trust
  • Since 1980
  • English, Punjabi
For 46 years I've mentored people in nursing and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I write a short note to every student at the end of term. I'm still learning every day.

More about Shaista

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
