Shaista Bushra Jilani
Sitar and jazz teacher
- 🇵🇰 Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
- 1985 to 2014
- English, Urdu
I've played sitar from 1985 to 2014, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
More about Shaista
I wrote my first song when I was 16. It was terrible and I still love it.
