Shailesh A. Bhatt
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Nagpur Workshop
- 1990 to 2023
- English
I've worked in baking from 1990 to 2023. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,650 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
More about Shailesh
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Shailesh: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
