Helping people break into careers
- 🇮🇳 Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Agra Foundation
- Since 1994
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,150 people through Agra Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Shahana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
