Shahana Shefali Khan
Economics teacher at Rosewood Academy, 2005 to 2016
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- 2005 to 2016
- English, Bengali
I taught economics at Rosewood Academy in Pune from 2005 to 2016. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I never turned anyone away.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Shahana
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Shahana: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
