Shahana Popy Alam
Choir direction and oud teacher
- 🇮🇳 Kolkata, West Bengal, India
- 1980 to 2004
- English, Bengali, Spanish
I've played choir direction from 1980 to 2004, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 7 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm always reading two books at once.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Shahana
I wrote my first song when I was 18. It was terrible and I still love it.
