Shahana Lipi Bose
Volunteer mentor with Gazipur Association
- 🇧🇩 Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Gazipur Association
- Since 1981
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,580 people through Gazipur Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Shahana: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
