Shahana Jannat Haque
Painter, potter and teacher at Old Aurangabad Art Collective
- 🇮🇳 Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India
- Old Aurangabad Art Collective
- 1984 to 2013
- English, Bengali
I work mostly in illustration, sometimes ceramics. My first show was in 1984 at Old Aurangabad Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I like to keep things simple and honest. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
More about Shahana
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to Shahana: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
