Seyi Segun Okoro
Art teacher at Abuja Boys' School, 2017 to 2025
- 🇳🇬 Abuja, Abuja FCT, Nigeria

- English, Hausa
I taught art at Abuja Boys' School in Abuja from 2017 to 2025. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Seyi
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Seyi: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me art in 2021 at Abuja Boys' School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped. Truly.
