Helping people break into trades
- 🇫🇷 Paris, Île-de-France, France
- Fairview Association
- Since 2015
- French
For eleven years I've mentored people in trades and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Seydou
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
