Sevgi Çakır
Brass band player and teacher in İzmir
- 🇹🇷 İzmir, İzmir, Türkiye
- İzmir Baobab Ensemble
- 1991 to 2017
- English
I've played brass band from 1991 to 2017, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 18 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I make terrible puns.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.

What gifts mean to Sevgi: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
