Seung-hyun Jun-seo Cho
Farmer and teacher of young growers
- 🇰🇷 Mapo, Seoul, South Korea

I've grown potatoes from 1993 to 2022, with a bit of tea on the side. I'm up before the sun most days.
I teach local school groups about where food comes from. I'm always reading two books at once.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Seung-hyun: I'd put gifts toward a small storage shed.
