Sérgio Marcelo Albuquerque

Youth boxing coach and mentor

  • 🇧🇷 Londrina, Paraná, Brazil
  • Londrina Athletic Club
  • 1990 to 2018
  • Portuguese
I coached boxing at Londrina Athletic Club from 1990 to 2018. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.

More about Sérgio

If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
