Sérgio Diego Dias
Children's librarian in Ribeirão Preto

For 19 years I looked after the shelves, the card catalog and the regulars at Ribeirão Preto Branch Library.
I answered every email, even at midnight. A library should feel like a living room.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
