Sérgio Correia
Master of pottery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇧🇷 Juazeiro do Norte, Ceará, Brazil
- Juazeiro do Norte Workshop
- Since 2004
- Portuguese
I've worked in pottery since 2004. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 860 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Sérgio
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Sérgio: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
