Sérgio Anderson Santana

28 years teaching environmental science in Belo Horizonte

  • 🇧🇷 Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil
  • Since 1998
  • Portuguese
For 28 years I have been the environmental science teacher at Maple Ridge Technical College. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. I'm still learning every day.

More about Sérgio

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
