Sergei Nikolai Rudenko
Volunteer mentor with Odesa Community Trust
- 🇺🇦 Odesa, Odesa Oblast, Ukraine
- Odesa Community Trust
- 2013 to 2022
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 430 people through Odesa Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Sergei
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
