I taught early years and physical education at Harbor Girls' School, Birmingham. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Serenity
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
