Serena Mazza
Master of shoemaking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇹 Palermo, Sicily, Italy
- The Palermo Workshop
- Since 2006
- Italian, Spanish
I'm a shoemaking specialist. If you live around Palermo, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Serena
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Serena: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
