My trade is pottery. I opened my own shop in 1988 in Milan and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 19 years later for another job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Serena
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Serena: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
