Serena De Luca

Physical education and early years teacher, Catania

  • 🇮🇹 Catania, Sicily, Italy

  • Since 2016

For ten years I have been the physical education teacher at Riverside Boys' School. I teach Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Serena: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me physical education in 2019 at Riverside Boys' School. I still remember the snow day nobody expected
