Serena Antonella Ferrara

Mentor in first-generation students and small business

  • 🇮🇹 Rome, Lazio, Italy
  • Jacaranda Mentoring Circle
  • 1982 to 2014
  • Italian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 670 people through Jacaranda Mentoring Circle. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Serena

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
