Senait Roman Wolde
Volunteer mentor with Mekelle Foundation
- 🇪🇹 Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia
- Mekelle Foundation
- Since 1981

For 45 years I've mentored people in teaching and law school. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
More about Senait
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
