- 🇳🇱 Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
- Amsterdam Elmwood Youth Club
- Since 1979

For 47 years I've run the wrestling program at Amsterdam Elmwood Youth Club in Amsterdam. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
More about Sem
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
