I've been a nurse for 24 years, most of them in orthopedics at Atlas Children's Hospital in Bahir Dar. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
