Segun Henry Uba
Drums player and teacher in Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Lagos Harbor Music School
- Since 2001
- English, Yoruba
I play drums and tabla. I started in 2001 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 19 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I garden badly but happily.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Segun
I write my first song when I was 15. It was terrible and I still love it.
